Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

Arrival:
Upon arrival you will need to proceed directly to our office for check-in. At check-in you will need to provide a valid driver's license or state issued ID along with a credit card for any incidentals you might incur during your stay. Our office will provide you with all of the information you need and with directions to your rental property.

Departure:
At the end of your stay you will need to visit our office one last time for check-out. At check-out we will finalize billing and answer any end-of-stay questions you might have.

Policies

Padre Getaways provides a variety of vacation rental properties on South Padre Island. When entering into a rental agreement you are expected to abide by all regulations for the specific unit you will occupy. Please refer to your rental agreement for a complete list of policies. The items below are not a complete list and your actual rental contract will determine all applicable policies for your rental.

ALL RENTALS ARE

"NON-SMOKING"
In order to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our rental properties. Some properties have designated outdoor smoking areas.

PET POLICY
Pet policies are set specific to each unit. Please check with the specific unit you choose to rent regarding the requirements and any additional fees and/or deposits.

WEATHER REFUND POLICY
Padre Getaways makes no guarantee of weather and is not responsible for inclimate weather during your stay. Padre Getaways will offer a refund ONLY in the event of a MANDATORY HURRICANE EVACUATION of South Padre Island.
