With king size beds in both the master and second bedrooms and double/twin combination bunk beds in the third, this condominium also features a TV/sitting room with a quality futon, and will accommodate up to 9 overnight guests very comfortably. For larger groups, rent both this and the companion unit right across the private hallway.

The large open kitchen and plenty of dining and living space make daytime living easy for larger groups and families. The kitchen features a huge granite entertainment bar and is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and all the implements needed. Two balconies provide beautiful views of the channels, the Laguna Madre Bay and the incredible South Padre Island sunsets that are new everyday.

The vacation properties located on the bay side of South Padre Island enjoy spectacular views of the setting sun. Most of these rental properties face the West and many have a direct view of the Laguna Madre Bay. If a private boat slip is a must for your vacation you will only find this unique feature on the Bay Side. These properties are close to everything that the island has to offer and typically are less than half a mile from the nearest public beach access - most are within walking distance.

Beach Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the beach side of South Padre Island tend to have the best view of the rising sun as most of them look directly out on the Gulf of Mexico to the East. These properties range from right on the beach to just steps away from the beach. Some of these properties are found on the interior streets of the island between Padre Blvd. and Gulf Blvd. Check out the descriptions for specific information on each property.
