This charming new condo property brings the spirit of a Spanish villa to the Texas tropics.

Each unit in this new small complex has touches of old world charm in stucco accents and architectural niches. Imagine yourself relaxing with a refreshing beverage on your private balcony or enjoying the beautiful landscaping, pool and picnic areas in the shared public spaces. The complex has only 14 condos, preserving the advantages of a small property.

This first floor condo features high ceilings, tiled floors, decorator lighting, and ample closet space, including a walk-in closet in the master. The master bath features a walk-in shower and the second bath has a shower/tub combination.

Tastefully furnished throughout in a contemporary style with dark rich tones and tropical, nautical and Texas accents, this vacation getaway features flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player and wireless internet. With a king size bed in the master suite, two twins in the second bedroom and a quality sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo accommodates up to 6 overnight guests. Units 5 & 7 share an entry and may be rented and combined to sleep up to a total of 12 overnight guests for larger parties.

You will be staying within walking distance of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and 2 private parking spaces add convenience.

Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool, or the South Padre Island night life, (or all three!) this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Bay Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the bay side of South Padre Island enjoy spectacular views of the setting sun. Most of these rental properties face the West and many have a direct view of the Laguna Madre Bay. If a private boat slip is a must for your vacation you will only find this unique feature on the Bay Side. These properties are close to everything that the island has to offer and typically are less than half a mile from the nearest public beach access - most are within walking distance.

Beach Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the beach side of South Padre Island tend to have the best view of the rising sun as most of them look directly out on the Gulf of Mexico to the East. These properties range from right on the beach to just steps away from the beach. Some of these properties are found on the interior streets of the island between Padre Blvd. and Gulf Blvd. Check out the descriptions for specific information on each property. Most of these properties are within a short walk to the beach and yet just blocks from South Padre Island's dining and entertainment.
