This spacious second floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a large master suite with a king size bed, private balcony and walk in closet. Double/single bunk beds with a pull out trundle in the second bedroom and a premium sofa sleeper in the casually elegant living room, allow this unit to accommodate up to 8 overnight guests comfortably.

With beautiful contemporary furnishings in a monochromatic color scheme with a splash of bright orange, and featuring vaulted ceilings, flat screen TVs and DVD players in each room, surround sound in the living room and designer linens, this is not your ordinary beach condo.

You can swim in the tropical pool that you share with only the three other condos in this complex or the Gulf, whichever you choose, and then rinse off in the outside shower. The front balcony is shared between condo numbers 3 and 4 and spans the entire width of the building. This unit makes a great combination rental with Emerald Breeze 4 for family gatherings, reunions or special events, creating adjoining condominiums to accommodate a total of up to 16 overnight guests.

Within walking distance of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped and furnished with granite countertops and stainless appliances. A washer and dryer and private parking add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!

Bay Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the bay side of South Padre Island enjoy spectacular views of the setting sun. Most of these rental properties face the West and many have a direct view of the Laguna Madre Bay. If a private boat slip is a must for your vacation you will only find this unique feature on the Bay Side. These properties are close to everything that the island has to offer and typically are less than half a mile from the nearest public beach access - most are within walking distance.

Beach Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the beach side of South Padre Island tend to have the best view of the rising sun as most of them look directly out on the Gulf of Mexico to the East. These properties range from right on the beach to just steps away from the beach. Some of these properties are found on the interior streets of the island between Padre Blvd. and Gulf Blvd. Check out the descriptions for specific information on each property. Most of these properties are within a short walk to the beach and yet just blocks from South Padre Island's dining and entertainment.
