Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

Arrival:
Upon arrival you will need to proceed direct to our office for check-in.  At the check-in you will need to provide a valid drivers license or state issued ID along with a credit card for any incedentals you might incur during your stay.  Our office will provide you with all of the information you need and provide you with directions to your rental property. 

Departure:
At the end of your stay you will need to visit our office one last time for check-out.  At check-out we will finalize any billing and answer any end of stay questions you might have.

Policies

Padre Getaways provides a variety of vacation rental properties on South Padre Island.  Entering into a rental agreement you are expected to abide by all regulations for the specific unit you will occupy.  Please refer to your rental agreement for a complete list of policies.  The items below are not a complete list and the actual rental contract will determine the final policies for your rental.

ALL RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING
In order to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all guests smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our rental properties.  Some properties have designated outdoor smoking areas. 

PET POLICY
Pet policies are set specific to each unit.  Please check with the specific unit you choose to rent regarding the requirements and any additional fees and/or deposits.

WEATHER REFUND POLICY
Padre Getaways makes no guarantee of weather and is not responsible for inclimate weather during your stay.  Padre Getaways will offer a refund ONLY in the event of a MANDATORY HURRICANE EVACUATION of South Padre Island.
