South Padre Island Vacation Condo Rentals

Padre Getaways condo and vacation property rentals are seperated into two categories.  South Padre Island is on average only a quarter mile to half a mile wide.  This very narrow Island puts almost every property within a short walk or drive to the beach or bay side.  So for this reason you are sure to enjoy your stay on the island no matter where your rental is.

Bay Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the bay side of South Padre Island enjoy spectacular views of the setting sun.  Most of these rental properties face the West and many have a direct view of Laguna Madre (Bay water).  If a private boat slip is a must for your vacation you will only find this unique feature on the Bay Side.  These properties are often within 2 miles of everything the island has to offer and typically are less than half a mile from the nearest public beach access.

Beach Side Vacation Rentals
The vacation properties located on the beach side of South Padre Island tend to have the best view of the rising sun as most of them look directly out on the Gulf of Mexico out to the East.  Some of these properties are found in the interior of the island with a short walk to the beach access.  These properties range from right on the beach to just steps away from the beach.  Check out the descriptions for specific information on each property.  Most of these properties are within a short walk to the public beach and are within 1-2 miles of South Padre Island's dining and entertainment.

This luxury home is located directly on the water in a hidden location just off of Padre Blvd – the main street of South Padre Island.  Imagine yourself jumping in your boat docked in your own private boat slip and heading out to the Laguna Madre Bay or just relaxing on your private dock watching the boats pass by.  Or imagine yourself fishing off of your own private boat dock as the sun sets over the channel and the bay.  You can swim in the private tropical pool, and then rinse off in the outside shower

This spacious two story home has floor to ceiling views of the water and has 2 living areas, making it perfect for a family or two couples.  It will comfortably accommodate up to eight overnight guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths including a large master suite with a king size bed, and large master bath, a guest bedroom with king size bed and a downstairs  guestroom with two twin beds and a pull out mattress.

Beautifully furnished with contemporary furnishings in a monochromatic color scheme with a splash of color, and featuring flat screen TV’s and DVD players in each room, and designer linens, this is not your ordinary beach home.

Close to the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may chose to dine out every night.  But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is furnished, stainless appliances and is fully equipped or you can cook out on the BBQ grill.  You may choose to dine poolside or on the private balcony overlooking the channel.  A washer and dryer and two car garage add convenience to make this the perfect location for your stress free South Padre Island Getaway!
