Wally has done extensive research on occupancy rates and seasonality on South Padre Island so that he can set realistic expectations for his clients. At Padre Getaways, a detailed survey of features is made of each property so that they can match rental guests with the best fitting property. Each guest is provided personal attention when making a reservation and upon check-in. A great guest experience translates to a stable base of repeat customers for each property.
At Padre Getaways, potential rental guests are carefully screened to eliminate issues such as overcrowding, excessive wear and tear and inventory loss. In addition to security and damage deposits, all guests must sign comprehensive rental agreements ensuring that properties are always maintained in "like new" condition. Detailed inventories identifying furnishings, decor, linens and kitchen wares are kept current on each property by completing an actual physical count at each guest departure.
