Imagine yourself on South Padre Island enjoying your morning coffee on your own private deck with a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico or sharing a cool beverage poolside in the afternoon. This third floor condo is located in a condominium complex that is smaller than the typical beach front condominium building yet it offers similar convenience in location and amenities, directly across the street from the beach and a permanent beach access. The elevator is conveniently located making access easy.

Beautifully furnished throughout with tropical influences, it is perfect for a family looking to enjoy the fun of a South Padre island beach vacation and yet well suited for one or two couples looking to get away. With a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a rollaway single bed in the master bedroom closet, it accommodates up to 6 overnight guests comfortably. Or you can combine it with 306 next door to accommodate up to 12 or add 101, 103, and/or 104 on the ground floor to accommodate up to 30 guests in the same complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook during your stay. A washer and dryer and two parking places reserved for your use complete the package to make this the perfect location for your carefree South Padre Island Getaway!

All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction and a monthly rental minimum.

Cleanest, beautiful bedding, comfortable!!!!!

"This is my favorite unit!!!! It is spacious, bright and feels like your home away from home. The new living and dining furniture is a huge plus. The washer/dryer being full size also a plus!!! The kitchen WOW!!! Full size, furnished and ready to go. Bring your food and relax. You will enjoy this unit!!!! Now one of the best parts, is the patio. Sit on the patio and watch the water. Access to the beach - just across the street. Convenience abounds. Walk on the beach in either direction to a nite spot to enjoy the food and the view without having to drive. Just down the street is a cafe that serves great coffee, gluten free foods, and within walking distance. This is the unit to rent especially if you want to stay a few months or longer. Can't wait to return. I tell everyone about this unit that wants to have a beach adventure in comfort. The swimming pool, the parking lot, even the elevator is so convenient. Did I mention the bedding. Pottery Barn and classy! Make this unit your next home at the beach today."
