The two large bedroom suites feature large private baths, built in cabinetry, and walk-in closets. Both suites open to a large balcony that spans the total width of the house featuring partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. One of the suites has a king size bed, while the other has a queen size bed. The upstairs loft also provides a large sitting area for a second living space or a separate work space for those who must stay in touch with the office while on vacation! This space overlooks the downstairs living room. Double wide French doors open to the second level sun deck which overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard and tropical pool.
A guest bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, a full bath, and television is perfect for children. A fold out sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room and the upstairs loft offer extra sleeping options, and allow this home to accommodate up to 8 adults or a combination of 10 adults and children comfortably. Outside, a shaded patio opens to a private pool surrounded by lush landscaping and blooming plants. This fenced yard is private and perfect for your family to enjoy!
Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. This home has so many quality features and custom touches. Casa Aries is a very short walk to the beach and also within walking distance to the movie theater and several excellent island restaurants. But for those who wish to dine in, the quality kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for the gourmet chef to entertain and enjoy!
This property always requires a minimum of a three night stay, but some seasonal periods may require a longer stay.
All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction.
Check-in is from 3 p.m. until our office closes (6 p.m. Mon-Fri and 4 p.m. Sat-Sun). After hour arrivals are subject to a $50.00 late check-in fee (+tax/processing). To qualify for a late check-in, you must have returned a signed Guest License Agreement, a completed Guest Registry, and downloaded our free mobile app (Hospitality by GladToHaveYou).
Properties that are animal friendly will be marked as so on our website. However, the number, weight, and type of animal allowed varies for each property. All animals must be approved and registered prior to check-in and are subject to a $100 animal fee (+tax/processing).
During March, April, and parts of the summer, wristbands are required by the HOA of several complexes. The cost of wristbands varies per person and property.
