This condo has an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan furnished very comfortably and complete with a walk in pantry and wet bar. There are two guest rooms and one bath on the first floor with a queen sized bed in one and a double/single bunk bed as well as an extra twin bed in the other. Upstairs is a master suite with a Queen size bed and a private balcony that has a partial water view. The upstairs guest room is furnished with twin beds. The master bath is shared only with the adjoining guest room when in use for the full group of 10, which this condo can accommodate.
Within a short distance, (5 minute walk), of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues that South Padre Island offers, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, perhaps your daily catch from the bay, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped.

This property always requires a minimum of a three night stay, but some seasonal periods may require a longer stay.
