The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and features two walls of glass, panoramic views of both the Laguna Madre Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and a wrap around balcony. The second bedroom also has its own balcony and is furnished with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private baths. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the property as well.
The spacious living area is upstairs providing 10th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico from two walls of glass in the living room, dining room and from the large balcony. There is a fourth balcony off of the kitchen that provides a view of the South Padre Island Friday night summer fireworks over the bay. With a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, this large 1,600 square foot condo accommodates up to 6 overnight guests comfortably. A half bath on the living level provides convenience both for daytime living and for guests using the sofa sleeper for overnight accommodation.
Sunchase IV is a gated complex with beautiful grounds, private beach access, two pools and hot tubs, children's pools, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center and a 7th floor sundeck. One pool is heated in the cooler months. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and there are shops and a cafe next door.

All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction.
Check-in is from 3 p.m. until our office closes (6 p.m. Mon-Fri and 4 p.m. Sat-Sun). After hour arrivals are subject to a $50.00 late check-in fee (+tax/processing). To qualify for a late check-in, you must have returned a signed Guest License Agreement, a completed Guest Registry, and downloaded our free mobile app (Hospitality by GladToHaveYou).
Properties that are animal friendly will be marked as so on our website. However, the number, weight, and type of animal allowed varies for each property. All animals must be approved and registered prior to check-in and are subject to a $100 animal fee (+tax/processing).
During March, April, and parts of the summer, wristbands are required by the HOA of several complexes. The cost of wristbands varies per person and property.
